Why I Built This

Written content has a ceiling. People commute, work out, cook dinner - they can’t read your blog post while doing any of that. I wanted to rip that ceiling off and let creators reach people wherever they are.

Blogcast takes any written content and converts it into natural-sounding audio using neural AI voices. Not the robotic garbage from five years ago - actual human-quality speech with control over pronunciation, pacing, emphasis, and tone.

What It Does

You paste a blog post URL or drop in text, pick a voice, and Blogcast generates a full audio file ready for podcast distribution. It handles the whole pipeline - SSML markup for natural speech patterns, multi-voice support for dialogue, automatic RSS feed generation for iTunes and Spotify, and embeddable players for your site.

FAQ

How good are the voices? Good enough that listeners can’t always tell it’s AI. The SSML editor lets you tune emphasis, pauses, and pronunciation until it sounds exactly right.

Does it work with any blog? Any URL, any text. WordPress has a native plugin. Everything else works through the web app or browser extension.
