Turn a project and a goal into a short list of open source tools that genuinely fit - then interrogate every pick. Built entirely with OpenAI Codex on the OpenAI Responses API: gpt-5.6-luna extracts, gpt-5.6-terra ranks and explains, strict JSON Schema outputs, a labeled GitHub fallback, a remote MCP tool, 15 checked-in lessons on how Codex works, and a three-tier eval harness. One Cloudflare Worker, D1, plain HTML/CSS/JS.

Daytripper

A travel planner built in one overnight session to learn OpenAI Codex. Pick Lisbon, Tokyo, or Mexico City, set budget, time, vibe, pace, and interests, and get one thoughtful day plan with an honest cost estimate and a "why this fits" explanation. Deliberately zero LLM calls at runtime - a deterministic scoring engine, with tests that run all 1,296 possible preference combinations and check every plan is chronological, in the right city, and under budget. Next.js 16 on Cloudflare Workers via vinext.

Audit Kit

Open-source Claude Code kit that decodes a codebase you inherited. Point it at any repo and one command produces full documentation with diagrams, an executable test suite, prioritized recommendations split for three teams (engineering, SRE, data science), and a deployed review portal you can chat with. About 30 minutes, about $30 in tokens - versus a multi-week, five-figure engagement.

Repo Recommender

Launched July 2026, the disciplined follow-up to RepoRadar. Point it at your GitHub repo and a goal ("auth solution", "background jobs") and it returns open-source repos that genuinely complement yours, with a reason each one fits and ratings for ease and impact. Built in the open with Claude Code, with every major step written up in a 23-lesson book: plan mode, CLAUDE.md, custom skills, hooks, model tiering (Haiku extracts, Sonnet reasons), and one engine serving both a Web API and an MCP server.

RepoRadar

2nd place worldwide out of 302 teams (~1,400 builders across 17 cities) at the Generative UI Global Hackathon (May 9, 2026). Tune a Street-Fighter-style radar of trending GitHub repos by hex, slider, or text - then click Deploy and an agent emits a bespoke interactive micro-app for that repo at its own subdomain, backed by a per-deploy D1 database. Built in four hours.

SE Kanban

A private Kanban board I built in late April 2026 for my own Solutions Engineering work, so customer follow-ups, opportunities, and field tasks stop slipping through the cracks. Not a public product - just calling it out as another piece the agent fleet and I keep humming in the background.

ComHedge

In stealth since April 2026 and actively in development. A commodities trading advisory platform - reinforcement learning in the Karpathy lineage, trained one commodity at a time, with an internal Python paper-trading rig and Coinbase integration to validate before live capital. Co-founded with an anonymous commodities hedge trader.

Launched February 2026. An AI Minecraft mod generator built with my 10-year-old son Hudson, who watched the GetLocalGems build and wanted in. A fun, family-built project proving that AI makes everyone a builder.

Launched December 2025. A podcast studio that turns any text - publisher articles, Reddit threads, YouTube transcripts - into recurring conversational audio with hosts, personalities, and angles you choose. Like NotebookLM, but richer.

Cloudflare Blog Podcast

Launched December 2025 alongside Blogcast.io, the platform that grew out of it. A daily-ish AI-generated podcast that turns every new post on blog.cloudflare.com into a 5-7 minute conversation between two hosts (Juniper and Mark). Built originally for my own morning walks, then for a few SE coworkers. Subscribe in Overcast or Apple Podcasts with the RSS feed.

P2C2 Art

Launched November 2025 - the first build of the nonstop era. An AI video studio + portfolio site I co-founded with a videographer friend. We wrote scripts and small pipelines for generating short-form AI video with Higgs Field, CapCut, Veo, and Seedance. It never quite took off, but the site stands and we are open to collaborating - submit ideas for AI video projects and we will build them together.
